Our program is designed to promote movement, play, and nutrition for people of all ages, including children. Donna Kay Lau, our founder, is a seasoned fitness trainer and animator with over 29 years of experience in the industry. She has studied many modalities that incorporate play, yoga, and animal movements, including studying with Orlando Cani in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is also a master indoor cycling instructor specializing in heart rate training and breathwork, and is passionate about promoting nutrition as a key component of overall well-being.
Donna has created a cartoon and book series featuring Piranha the Piranha, a fun and engaging character who teaches kids about the benefits of breathing, play, and yoga. Through Piranha's adventures, children can learn new movement skills, practice breathing exercises, and explore the benefits of yoga and mindfulness.
In addition to her work with Piranha, Donna has developed a comprehensive program that incorporates a variety of movement modalities, including play, yoga, and animal movements. She has also created resources and guidance on healthy eating habits to promote nutrition for overall well-being.

I will be riding a stationary bike in my garden and leading and guiding you to endure.
This ride will start with a slow warm up and then we will train together aerobically and endure, and followed by a warm down standing stretch.
If you have a bike...great!
But if you don’t you can walk in place or on a treadmill.
I will guide you and you will need to keep your heart rate aerobic.
